Tidiva is published by Halid Tosun. Contact game@aurcam.com for privacy and support requests. This text describes the static web pages and the data features of the current mobile app candidate. This public site does not enable accounts, cloud backups, administrator sign-in or payments.

Game data on your device
Puzzles, progress, leaf rewards, appearance, language and accessibility preferences are stored on your device. The core game requires neither an account nor an internet connection. Use Reset progress in the game’s Settings to remove local progress. Operating-system options for clearing app data may also remove local data.
This website
This static site loads no third-party analytics, advertising pixels or advertising SDK. Images and fonts are served from the same domain. The language preference is stored in your browser under tidiva-web-language and may remain until you change it or clear this site’s browser data. The small example puzzle keeps its arrangement in memory and does not transfer it to your game progress. This static publication creates no administrator cookie, player account or server-side game backup.
Connections and error logs
The web server processes the connection’s IP address to deliver pages. The nginx access log is disabled for Tidiva. In the last verified configuration, the shared nginx error log rotates daily and retains 14 archives; this does not guarantee deletion of every entry after exactly 14 days. Error logs may contain connection and request information. The web hosting provider is netcup GmbH and the server location is Vienna, Austria. Server-specific backup agreements, any log copies retained by the operator, and their actual retention periods have not yet been verified.
Support email
The mail.aurcam.com endpoint used to access the primary game@aurcam.com mailbox is on the same verified VDS as the website. This server is hosted by netcup GmbH in Vienna, Austria.
Your sender address, message, attachments and delivery information are received through email to answer your request and are reviewed by the authorized support handler when responding. Do not send passwords, verification codes or private keys.
The selected retention draft has not taken effect: ordinary closed support requests will be removed from the primary game@aurcam.com mailbox at the first monthly review after 90 days from closure, no later than day 120. Open requests will be kept until resolved. Where a dispute or legal retention requires it, only relevant records will be held while the documented reason persists. This draft is not an active automatic deletion process. Server-specific backup agreements, any mail copies retained by the operator, and their actual retention periods have not yet been verified; removal from the primary mailbox does not establish when other copies are erased.
Purpose and legal basis
Halid Tosun is the controller for this processing. IP and necessary technical information arrive automatically through web connections; errors may enter server logs. Delivering pages, investigating technical faults and security issues, and answering support requests rely on necessary legitimate interests that do not harm your rights (KVKK Article 5(2)(f)). Records necessary for an actual legal claim are assessed under Article 5(2)(e); records required by a specific legal obligation under Article 5(2)(ç), within that obligation only. Who handles the data
The publisher and authorized support handler answer requests. Hosting and email infrastructure providers may process relevant connections, technical records and email to deliver or host them. The verified primary mail endpoint does not establish every processing location used by mail relays, backups or subprocessors. The existence and scope of an applicable data-processing agreement and the international-transfer arrangement remain unverified.
Your rights and requests
Under KVKK Article 11, you may ask whether data is processed, obtain information about its purpose, proper use and domestic or foreign recipients, and request correction or, where the conditions apply, erasure or destruction and notice to recipients. You may also object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Details of your rights.
Send questions to game@aurcam.com. Submit a formal KVKK request in writing to the publisher address above, or email game@aurcam.com from an address you previously gave us that is recorded in our systems. See the Authority’s request procedure and required information. Identity checks depend on the request; do not send unnecessary identity-document copies. The statutory response deadline is at most 30 days.
Advertising components in the mobile app
Live advertising is disabled in the current release candidate; the mobile app includes Google Mobile Ads and consent-management components. Disabled ads therefore do not establish that every bundled component processes no data. In an ad-enabled build, consent status is checked in the background at launch; the core game does not wait, and this check alone opens no form or ad. Tidiva requests a rewarded ad only after the player chooses the bonus. Hints and the next puzzle never require an ad. Requests are sent as non-personalized. Google may process IP address, device information and ad interactions for ad delivery, fraud prevention and diagnostics. Required choices are collected through Google’s consent form and can be changed through ad privacy in game settings when required. The app does not request iOS tracking permission. Google describes its processing and retention in the Google Privacy Policy; advertising preferences can also be managed separately.
Services that have not launched
Apple/Google account sign-in, server-side progress backups and store purchase verification are not enabled by this static publication. Their scope, data processing, retention and deletion practices will be verified and added to this text before those services launch.
Information still under review
Web hosting on netcup GmbH’s server in Vienna, Austria has been verified. The remaining checks concern server-specific backup agreements; log and mail copies retained by the operator and their actual retention periods; processing locations used by mail relays, backups and subprocessors; the existence and scope of an applicable data-processing agreement; and the international-transfer arrangement. The selected support-retention draft is not yet in operation. The product is intended for a general audience and is not positioned specifically for children. Store age ratings and advertising age/consent settings require separate review. This page has not yet been approved as a final privacy policy.
